克丽发现：微软Windows与Office发布遵从钟摆策略

CNET科技资讯网 11月1日 北京报道（文/刘克丽）：上周，在做《七日风云》节目时发现，微软操作系统和Office两大产品的发布遵从了钟摆策略，不会在同年发布。
 
纵观微软操作系统和Office的发布时间，不难发现，微软的操作系统和Office不能在同年发布，原因是为了新操作系统永远可以继承前一版操作系统所用己成熟的应用软件。

众所周知，英特尔有著名的钟摆策略，能够体现英特尔技术变化方向。当有英特尔钟摆往左摆的时候，tick这个策略会更新工艺，往右摆的时候，tock会更新处理器微架构。

微软的发布周期与英特尔CPU逻辑结构和工艺切换不在同一年是一个道理，为了安全起见，逻辑无问题再换工艺，工艺无问题再改变逻辑结构。

此外，在微软的产品发布周期中发现，服务器版除外，在2007年这一年Vista和0ffice2007同一年切换时，市场惨遭失败。
