HP Suffered from Public Pressure on International Day for Protecting Consumers’ Rights

HP DV2000 and V3000 are the model numbers of these problem computers whose problems are blank screen and unable to switch on. The complaints about these problems have appeared since 2007. Before March.15^th of 2010,170 HP notebook users submitted HP Users Protecting Rights Legal Team Administrative Appeal twice through protecting rights legal team to request HP to recall problem computers.

On March 16^th, HP China held a press conference about this issue and apologized on the matter. But they haven’t yet decided whether to recall this group of computers.
